GoDaddy, Timely, Instagram, Outlook, Stripe, WhatsApp. cosmegtic.co.uk.

Megan runs Cosmegtic with a training academy attached and a laser removal business under the same roof. In July the business was spread across six logins: a site from 2023 that sent people elsewhere to book, showed no prices and gave the courses a single line, plus Timely, Instagram messages, an Outlook inbox, Stripe and WhatsApp. She told us what she wanted it to do for her.

A place of their own. Somewhere they could find her manuals and announcements, talk to each other, and send her their work for feedback with the photos and the pigments they used. A library of her own case studies for the people who have trained with her. Courses and masterclasses booked from the site, not arranged by message.
Booking, paying, asking a question and applying for a course all happened off the old site. On the new one they happen on it.

Clients pick a treatment, see live availability and pay a deposit or the full amount, with Klarna on the full amount.
Before checkout they fill in a form covering contra-indications and photos of the area. No form, no payment.
Her cancellation terms are applied by the booking system, so she no longer has to apply them in a message.
Website bookings go straight into her Google Calendar, and anything already in it blocks the website.
She connects it with one button in her admin, and the monitor checks the connection is alive every five minutes.
Each booking sends four emails without her touching them.
A confirmation with pre-care, a reminder 48 hours before, aftercare the day after with her PDF attached, and a top-up prompt at six weeks. Consent forms can be read from the admin, and missing ones are chased.

Students log in to announcements, manuals, a forum and a case-study section.
They submit work by treatment and Megan either passes it or sends it back as “needs another look”. Her own case studies open up once a student completes a course.
Course deposits go through the same checkout as treatments. The Strokes & Shadows masterclass, run with Arch Cosmetics, sells from her site on a deposit, with the balance collected by an emailed payment link.

Laser removal has its own page and a darker look, with Liam’s own contact details.
Carbon facials, and session guidance: body work six to ten sessions, brows three to six. Both businesses run from the one admin.
Each booking sends these four, timed from the appointment date. The wording is Megan’s own pre-care and aftercare. Shown with a demo booking.

Things Megan changed after seeing and using the first build.
Live since 28 September, and running the studio day to day since 12 October. This is what has changed for Megan.
Her lip pre-care is in it: no caffeine on the day, start the lip balm now, and a link to the consent form, which she filled in last week.
Megan: still having breakfast.

The form was done days ago, the deposit was paid at booking, and the slot blocked itself in the diary. There is nothing to chase.
Megan: at work.

Before and after photos and the pigments she used, uploaded from her phone to the portal.
Megan: looks between clients, sends it back with ‘needs another look’.

It lands in her admin. She replies from there, and when the client writes back it lands in the same thread.
Megan: one reply, from her phone.

Megan’s own aftercare, written for lips, with the studio’s PDF attached.
Megan: on the sofa.

Sees the price, picks a time, pays the deposit and gets her confirmation with pre-care. The diary on Megan’s phone updates.
Megan: asleep.

“My new website is not only easy to use, but has provided me with everything I could need for my business and training academy! I wish I’d done it sooner, and David made every idea I had possible, as well as offering his own helpful ideas and creativity to it.”

Cosmegtic is on the Studio plan: the site, the booking system, the inbox and the student portal, looked after, with small changes included, for one monthly fee.
